The 1D MK4 is coming! this will be November news. Or they pushed it back to 09′ and the 5D MK2 wiil take its share of the market for now as a cheaper and better version than the 1Ds MK3. And the 3d or 1Di will come out in november. The Xsi already on the replacement chop for PMA? Maybe 14.2 mps XRi with video and the Xs 12.1? The 60D be a 1.6crop at 16-17 mps with higher sensitivity sensor but not high in megapixels and with video. Out for 11/09-2/10 with a new body platform.

I used to walk across the Canadian border to buy candy as a kid. Now I’m buying camera gear. But its so much of a hassle getting across borders (didn’t used to need a passport!) that I think I’ll be mail-ordering my 5DmkII and a new lens:

2,799.00 CAD = 2,226.21 USD

Hopefully this lasts until my card gets charged!

A quick search at Archive.org shows that at least until Feb this year, the 1Ds III was never on Canon Canada’s website.
The Archive has no updates beyond this date, which should mean little as the Ds III was released August 07, so should’ve been online by then
