20x 5-100mm, or 28-560mm in 35mm equivalent.

I am very interested in the technology of the ricoh CX-1. I don’t know if the process to recover detail from the red and blue channels exists in a Canon DSLR as a undisclosed feature, or if it is something new and will improve blownout highlights.
I certainly would like to have focus bracketing. Since exposure bracketing is already built-in to DSLR’s, they have the HDR capability already, but it might be nice to have it done automatically for jpegs.
Canon is certainly missing focus bracketing, I have software that does it for me when tethered using Breeze DSLR Capture, but I can’t always be tethered to my pc, and internal software might be much quicker as well.
