I don’t know why some people are having trouble with sharpness. I suspect user error because I’ve been more than pleased with the pictures. If you’re new to a camera that allows you to control your shot, and this camera is a definite step-up from a no-frills point and shoot, you should train yourself a bit. Yes, read the manual but you should also search for tips/tricks on how to set the camera for various shots. The Internet is full of information and there are some good books available.

Downtown Camera in Toronto asked for 2995.99 for a new 5DM2 before March 19th. and went up to 3089.00 since.

Aden Camera in Toronto still asking for 3049.99. Seems like the lowest in town as of today. Would be nice to have the rebate program again.
