The focusing rings are all going in the Canon direction, but... The zoom rings all go the wrong way compared to Canon OEM lenses. Would it really be that much more expensive to make them both work the "right" way for each mount? The same for Tamron, Tokina, Cosina and all the rest... :-((((( I really DON’T get it.

They would have been better to have updated the 17 - 70 2.8-4.5 with HSM and OS and tried to get it in around 300. if it was going to be something new - a 15 - 60 2.8 would have been cool for the crop sensor folks...
