We're told that the Canon EOS 6D Mark II and the EOS Rebel SL2 will be announced on the same date in July. We're still trying to get the exact date of the announcement.
We're not sure if we're going to see the EF 85mm f/1.4L IS at the same time, but we do think that's still slated for a July/August announcement.
As far as specifications for the EOS 6D Mark II, we're still trying to get the good stuff that most of you care about.
