New Specs for 70D from Cameraegg

What about that specs? 25 AF Points and a ALL NEW 18 Mp would be very nice. The 7.3 FPS are almost as fast as the 7D. So it this point I'd say this camera is superior to a current 7D which would be nice in this class. But on the other Hand....its April 1st :-D

Assuming it's real, a big if, sounds pretty solid for a 70D (especially if the sensor is new process and not way behind Nikon/Sony/etc.) and speaks well of what the 7D2 might be.

It's difficult to takes announcements serious on April 1st.
Though the specs look very good.

It's even harder to take it seriously when the last line of the article is "Happy fool's day"

I fear the real April Fool's joke may be the ACTUAL specs of the 70D from Canon.
When it should be something like these ones.
