Considering low light, the picture has come out excellent!

I was going to Post this Image in the "Bird Portraits" section, after all, it is a BIF.

Except in this case it's a Baboon in Flight, similar, but different.

1Dx 400f/2.8, Shot @ f/2.8 & 1/5000th ISO200

Great image!

Very well caught.
If you debate with a fool onlookers can find it VERY difficult to tell the difference.

Thank you for the beautiful pictures of cats that you gave us this year. And I wish that Santa Claus grants his request. For me a 7D mark II would be a great Christmas gift.

Hi aj, I generally don't sell my Images, they're just an interest & I print for Family & Friends, but if you would like a Print PM me your details I would be Happy to send you a Printed Copy in the New Year (I like to Print almost as much as I Photograph), Merry Xmas.

The Image was taken at a Private Concession in the Northern part of South Africa called Mala Mala, the concession is 45k hectares and alongside the Northern Border of Kruger National Park, the Mozambique border North again & next door is another equally large Private concession called Londolozi. In my opinion the 2 best places in all of Africa for Leopard, probably 60% of my Leopard Images come from these two concessions, I generally visit Mala Mala or Londolozi about every 2 years, January 2014 will be my 4th time to this area, if you ever want to shoot Leopard this is the place to go, 45 minute flight from Johannesburg.
