It would have to have one hell of a kit lens. Say a 1DX with 200 f/2.

The 6D/135 f2 is a great combo for low light shooting. If you are used to the AF, it's not hard. If you use a flash, I'd suggest second curtain sync.

Very well done. I quite enjoyed that.

I use the iPhone 5. It's decent enough. Never do video. It's great being able to text a photo of a part at work. I'll probably upgrade to the 6 plus if the extra battery life rings true.

As good as it is, I'm never going back to APS-C again.

If this were an EF lens, I would buy one.  Oh well. I'll probably get the IS version along with a samyang 14mm

I had a HP photosmart back in the day that I liked, until a new version of windows came out. They would not update the drivers. So my fairly expensive printer was now a brick. I will never buy HP products again.

Photography Technique / Re: Is RAW worth it?

I shoot in RAW + JPEG only for the convenience of transferring photos (via SD card) on the spot.  IMO shooting in RAW is the number one thing you can do to improve your images.

EOS Bodies / Re: Are you planning to purchase a 7D2
« on: August 28, 2014, 12:20:28 AM »
No.  I will never go back to a cropped sensor. My shooting style doesn't require the 5d3 AF, bit low light performance is a must. If I were getting paid to shoot wildlife, I would consider it. I think the 7D2 will be great. I had the original and liked everything except the ISO noise.

I wonder what the limits of a "pancake"'lens are. Could they make a 14mm or 85mm pancake?
