So I pulled the trigger and bought the suite earlier today.  I have both LR4.3 and Photoshop CS5.  I can only see all the Nik plugins in PS, they are not showing up in LR.  Is this normal?

I get them all EXCEPT HDR Efex Pro.  The plugin does not get installed for LR.  I have uninstalled and re-installed.  I know it shows in the "Export to" rather than "Edit In".  I have an open support incident with Nik.

There are three things to consider. 

1. There must be higher engineering costs to develop the C model.  It is different so there is different R&D.
2. There will be a smaller market for this (an assumption) so economies of scale are limited keeping costs higher
3. A higher cost promotes a higher perceived value.  People expect it to cost more.

I always play with that lens at the Henry's Exposure show, except for this year.  Too long of line up and I was actually working at the show this time.  Our camera club had one of the complementary booths from Henry's.
