I'm shooting in raw format on my eos400D, I click on "white balance", choose "click white balance" but nothing happens, the help file says if I hover the mouse over the image I can select a "white" point, but the pointer is unchanged and the slider greyed out. I can manually adjust WB using the "tune" colour wheel, but it's hit and miss.

Any clues much appreciated!
