EOS Bodies - For Stills / How Do You Clean your sensor? And how often?

OK. Reading about the Nikon sensor issue, I wonder what is considered the easiest, safest, and all around most recommended (if any) way to clean my own sensor? I guess the Rocket Blower is the safest, but what if that doesn't get the stubborn specks off?

I am thinking of donating my perfect condition 20D with it's modest non IS 18-55 kit lens.  What is it worth these days? It certainly still makes great pictures, and was serviced last year by Canon.

Third Party Manufacturers / Canon Counterfit .... Third party batteries

I see in today's front page that Canon is cracking down on counterfit Canon products.  I did not realize this was even an issue. What counterfit things are out there? On a second thought... are third party batteries as good as Canon batteries?

EOS Bodies - For Stills / Anyone still using a 20D?

I have a 20D, and am waiting to buy a 5DMkIII this year if I can save up a bit.  Should I simply assume the 20D is obsolete? I still really like it, and 8mp seems nice enough for some things that won't be blown up over 5x7 or so. Is anyone still shooting with this older camera, or is the tendency to simply let it go? It's such a dear friend....
