Lenses / Have you one of the new 24-70 f4 canon lenses, Is it good

I am considering getting a 24-70 f4 to replace my 5 year old 24-105 to use on a 5D3. has any one got one and are you pleased with it.

5D MK III Sample Images / Strange colour cast with 5D3

I took these pic in a hall with strip lighting and when I used the silent shutter mode I got a magenta cast and a green cast on the pic. one pic it was magenta at the top and green at the bottom in the next pic this was reversed then the next pix it reversed again. 250sec F2.8 1000 ISO auto colour balance. Did not notice till today so have not had time to try it again.
