EOS Bodies - For Video / Tripod for video?

OK, I'm finally going to try video on my 7D and 6D - going to Yellowstone in a month.  I have a Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 tripod with a Manfrotto ball head (496.)  I assume video will be much better using a tripod.  Any recommendations for an inexpensive head I could use on the Manfrotto tripod?  Thanks!

I bought a 6D a couple weeks ago and am having trouble with the Lightroom (version 4.4) and Photoshop (CS5 Extended) working together.  Lightroom works fine with my CR2 files from the 6D, but I can't export the 6D's CR2 files from Lightroom into Photoshop.  I've never had this problem with CR2 files from my 7D.

I'm an amateur and can't afford to update my version of Photoshop every time Adobe adds a few features.  Am I out of luck?

EOS Bodies - For Stills / Just bought a 6D

I've been using my 7D for a couple years, but have been dying to get a full frame for a while.  I debated selling the 7D and getting a 5DIII, but decided to keep the 7D and pick up a 6D.  I can use them both with my 24-105L and 70-300L lenses.  I love the reach and speed of the 7D for birds/sports.

On my 7D I've used auto ISO with a maximum of 800.  What would you suggest is a comparable maximum ISO for the 6D?

I shoot in RAW and typically will export to a JPEG if I want to use the image for printing, email, etc.  That leaves the edited image in Lightroom in a RAW format.  I'm curious how others manage their images - do you leave them in RAW format in Lightroom, or convert so some other format?

Lenses / 24-105L Lens Creep

I tried shooting straight down from a tripod yesterday, and found my 24-105 crept forward slowly to full telephoto.  It was so rapid that I could not take a shot.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is it normal, or should I send back to Canon for adjustment?

Canon General / Guidance re: Europe cruise

Hi, I'm heading to Europe for a cruise of the Mediterranean in late June.  I've never traveled to Europe with camera gear, and am looking for some advice.  I have a camera/laptop backpack, and will be carrying a 7D, 3 L lenses (longest is 70-300), a Speedlite, plus filters, backup batteries/cards, etc.  I'll put my tripod in my checked in suitcase.  I'll be flying Swiss to Europe, and Lufthansa back.  A couple questions...do I need to worry about the size of my backpack for carry on? (it's been fine on U.S. air travel)  Do I need to carry copies of receipts for my gear to avoid any potential duty issues?  We'll be on shore excursions every stop.  Does anyone have experience that would advise for or against carrying a tripod on that sort of excursion?  Thanks in advance.

Lenses / Macro Recommendation

I'm interested in getting into macro photography.  I've got a 7D, and have played around with my EF 24-105mm f/4L IS and EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6L IS lenses taking close up shots, with and without a Canon EF25 II extension tube.  The images look good, but I think I'd be better off looking at a real macro lens .  I've researched some lens options and am closing in on either the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS macro or the Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG OS Macro.  Both seem to get very good reviews, and there's a deal on the Sigma now at B&H until the end of March. 

I'd be interested in experience with either lens, and any recommendations.
