Lenses / CORRUPTED! Firmware Version 1.2.0 for EF 40mm pancake

My camera crashed and I had to reboot with another lens.
This firmware may be corrupted.
Beware!!!!
UPDATE: my lens is gone. It no longer works. It needs the firmware. I am very upset!!!
DO NOT USE THIS FIRMWARE UPDATE!!!!!

Trick posted at POTN that saved my pancake:
"Delete all the battery registered info first before updating. I did that and it now works."
