EOS Bodies - For Stills / 5D II or 5D III or 6D?

Hi, I know that this topic has been well covered in the past but I am having a real hard time deciding what to do so I thought ask professional's opinion.

I am currently shooting 5D(mark I) and have few L lenses(16-35,24-70,70-200,35). I did not think about upgrading to mark II in the past but now that price is reduced to $1600 or used ($1300ish?) I thought It might be a good buy. Although, 6D is now going for $2000 and I will not surprise it will go down to $1800 sometime soon. At same time, Mark III is still a little expensive for me but needless to day it is BY FAR the best choice(of course).

I am NOT a pro photographer who makes living by shooting. I should not be spending more than $2000 but if you all suggest mark III then that would be a possibility. I have been wanting to get a 135L for a while so I am thinking about just getting a used mark II and get a used 135L (around $2000?) or get a 6D new for $2000 or just be smart and get a mark III(around $2800?). I have bought used lens but never a body, is it a bad idea? Would you choose used mark II($1300or less) or 6D or $2000? I love shooing in low light and I don not care about WI-FI or Video at all. In fact, I probably never will use those things.

Lenses / Help! used lens problem...

Hi,

I just bought a used lens (35L). It was in great condition, I checked pretty much everything and looked great. This is my fault that I did not check carefully but when I got home I found a tiny hair or dust inside of lens.  I was not so happy. As I said I really should have been more careful, but at same time seller should have mentioned it.

Well, My questions is that how can I take care of this problem? Send it to Canon? How much would it cost? If you have suggestion or recommendation I truly appreciated.

Lenses / Patent and New Lens

It's always so exciting to hear about new lenses and bodies. Many of use here are always wondering when new lenses and bodies are coming and its always so difficult to figure it out. Especially when you are getting ready to get new gear or upgrade your gear. At CR they post new patents very often and I get so excited to see what's coming next! There are usually at lot of detail about new goods but first thing they post is Patent release date and  filing date. For example new 24-70L II's patent was filed on April 2009 and Published on October 2010. Is that mean it takes more or less 3 years to get a product to consumers or its up to Canon? It would be so nice if there are pattern that we can guess when we one is coming. Please let me know about what you think! Thanks

Lenses / New Lends

I have been having a hard time deciding what lends to get for a quite a white. I currently have 5Dc 16-35L 24-70L and 70-200 F4 IS L. I have never owned any prime lenses and I am very interested in 35L 50L 135L. My budget is about $2000 so I can buy any of those lenses but I have thought about upgrading my body as well. Although my 5D is in great condition and I really enjoy shooting full frame. I understand that 35L, 50L and 135L are different lenses and often used in different occasions. I shoot a lot of city landscapes and darker indoor environment. All the research I have done I have never hear bad things about 135L. I understand this lens is ideal for portrait but I am not a professional and I do not shoot portrait often. For 50L i hear good and bad things about this lens. I am very interested in 35L and I hear also mix thing about this lens as well. Also I understand this lends is very old and I guess replacement is coming soon? I know that technology is always keep progressing but I was not sure if I should wait for new one for this lens. I really could use people's opinion and I also love to hear if you use any of those lenses please let me know what do you like to shoot the best for using those lenses. I know this is such an amateur question but I really appreciate your help. Thank you very much!
