Ken Rockwell has a review of the 6D and a comparison chart for the 5D III and 6d

A killer for me on the 5D III was no interchangeable view screens. 6D has them, same screens as the 5D II.
Looks like 6D for me.
I note that Canadian on line sellers (Vistek, McBain) have the same price as USA on line, $2099. Hooray for currency parity.
