Technical Support / Does M mode settings stays when you change to other modes? and how to optimize I

and how to get the best ISO for video?
1.For example, when I use Av mode, shutter at 60, F5.6, ISO 3200, when I take video, I change shutter to 30, F stays same, how should I set the ISO for it?
2.I did some settings in M mode, then when I change to other modes, I noticed the shutter speed etc. stays, so now I do a 'Clear camera settings' every time after I use a M mode, which is not feeling right, this is my very first DLR, still learning, so please tell me as much as you want.
3.How to shoot an ipad screen (ipad 1) without seeing those refreshing lines?
