Wonder if it would also work for the 5DIII.

If you read Art Morris' article, you'll find the answer.  Hint - if you're a 5DIII owner, you won't like the answer.  But it's there.

Thanks.  Someone in the comments of the article says the Kenko 2x MC4 works with it.

Indulge me on a pet peeve: it is not "the" Ukraine. It is simply Ukraine, just like any other country.

"The Ukraine" is the phrase the Russian oppressors used during the Soviet era. They wanted people to believe that the once-independent nation that the Soviets had conquered was simply a region of Russia and not entitled to it's own identify. Thus the systematic suppression of the Ukrainian language and culture throughout the Soviet era.

Even today, there are many within the Russian government that would like to re-absorb Ukraine. Referring to Ukraine with the diminutive "the" is a subtle way of implying that this nation (one of the largest in Europe and with one of the oldest and richest cultures) is nothing more than a rural subsidiary of the Russian bear.

Seriously?  You take your time out of your life explaining the meaning of the word "the" in "The Ukraine"?  You must live a lonely life.

Even if you ignore the fact that he said "new" what would be so special about a 1D Mark IV that he would have to point it out?

I've a feeling that I'm going to be laughing my socks off when the first reviews of the new Nikon cameras come in.  So many reviewers blatently biased to Nikon have come up with every reason under the sun as to why the 12 MP count of the D3, D3s and D700 is actually better than a higher MP sensor, will now have to show an extraordinary double think when Nikon release a high MP count sensor.

As I recall, most of them stopped arguing that when the D3x was introduced.

Many Nikon users would be more than happy with 20+ MP if the cost was reasonable and high iso performance was not sacrificed.  The D3x is great but Nikon needs something to compete with the price of the 5D MKIII when it comes to high MP count.
