that was my first serious setup
if they ever make a digital back for it id probably use it exclusively again
fast and built like a tank

I used Eos utility to load the lens correction data on to my 7D and now presto it works like a champ. 
I didn't think it woiuld make such a difference

I just bought it today and am having problems
all my shots look "dreamy" in a bad way
and when I tried to MFA with Focal It said the "lens not behaving as expected" and recomended I stop
Is this just a lemon or your run of the mill 50 1.8?
Also am I doing something wrong
All shots were on a tripod with my 7D

I have a 7D now and unless the 5D3 reaches the same price range i'll keep it or get the 7D2.
I guess the 15-85 would fit the bill best but I wish it was weather sealed

both are 30% off of refurbished price and within 10 dollars of each other at canons online store.
both have great image quality
both have IS
one is lighter
the other is weather sealed(I think ?)
one has a longer reach on the aps-c censor
obiously the efs is aps-c only
So which would you pick?

I just took advantage of the 20% off and free shipping on the canon website and when I checked my email confirmation it told me the lens was backordered.
How is this possible? don't they fix then sell or is it sell then wait till one comes in to fix?
