Too many whiners on the internet. I'm going to take a wait and see approach before picking one up. Besides I've been concentrating on light gear this year anyway. Saving up for some Profotos  8)

Dynamic range won't help you become a better photographer!

Probably continue to work on minimizing noise.

I'm glad they're focusing more on photography again and less on video for the 5Ds/5DSr.

Sell you MK I and pick up a MK II  8)

Sigh, just give me a really good still camera Canon!

When I got my 24-70mm f/2.8 II I sold all my primes under 85mm. I don't regret it one bit.

I sold my 100mm f/2.8L is macro prime last week... and I miss it.

You should have kept it! :-\  I sold all my primes under 85mm.

Dumb question but how do I find out how much AFMA my copy needs and how do go about figuring out how much I need to adjust?

I shoot mostly stills so I don't really care either way. It's a nice hack I will neve use.

Lenses / Re: Canon 85L II AF speed on 5D III???

I love my 85mm f/1.2 L but if you want quick AF the non-L 85mm f/1.8 is just as good.

I'm thinking of picking some up for my 5D Mark II/III. Seems too good to be true:

Anyone use these? Are they worth or should I stick to the Canon brand?
