Talk to one of my favorite photographers at the Arizona Republic and he'll tell you why he shoots raw and not jpg.  No other way than raw.

When I talk to other photographers I talk about photography, not about thier file choice.

that is because they shoot RAW already.. and know that everyone that has the passion for it will shoot raw

canon should have an option so you could choose some specs for your camera! like a swivel screen, video capabilities, wifi, GPS.. like a computer you can upgrade some features or leave it as it is..

i think in 2025 I will have some lenses in my eyes that will take pics with the same capability of the 1Dx today!

and f stop range from 1.4 to 32 and iso 56000000. oh and shutter speed of bulb (you have to keep your eyes open) to 1/8000.

Apparently he does know how to spend his money.... of all the people, we as photo enthusiast can appreciate what someone will do for the love of a hobby... 

But why the Leica? Was the Zeiss giving him too much CA? 

there are limits for it. i love photography but the money it takes for a proper lens.. and then you have people not so creative but loads of money that don't use their gadget to the maximum.. pretty sure a creative photography student that cant even afford a dSLR would do better shots than this sheik..

B&H USA expects the camera to be available on December 10, so hopefully it's sooner than later in December.

The release date is December.
Funny how Nikon announces a New body & it's in stores within 2 weeks. 
Canon announces the 6D & it's available(supposed to be) within 3 months???

dont really trust that website though
