Geez...what a bunch of pretentious 'photographers' we have here.  It's more than a little daft to dismiss his work as that of an 'Instagram Hipster'...please, have some respect.

It seems that this kid has what so many of you are so quick to dismiss him don't imagination.  With a little training....or a lot of trial and error...anybody can make a technically 'good' photo.  On the other hand....not everyone has an eye or the brain for something creative.

To the person who said this kid would be better off 'with a business plan' shooting weddings...sorry, but for many of us that is the personification of photographic Satan.  Personally I get ZERO enjoyment from shooting weddings but hey, if you or others make a buck at it then good for you.

There are numerous ways this kid could leverage his imagination and vision into a paying photography career...once again it is others like you who lack the foresight or imagination to see it:)   I could easily see this kid making a go in the commercial realm while the rest of us sluff our 'technically perfect' yet boring, cliche photos at the doors of stock agencies....or worse yet, sell our souls to the latest Bridezilla who will be burning your vanilla bean hold the foam portraits at her divorce seven years later.

A pleasure to watch.

Technical Support / fungus & silica gel

Hi All, a question for people in the know! Is it ok to use silica gel on stored lenses? I store all my bodies and lenses in a pelican case, there is conflicting info on what is best practice! Most recommend to frequently expose your lenses to air and sunlight to prevent fungus!?

Hello All, just after some opinion/advice for my a7r, I'm looking for a 40-50mm lens with a fast aperture around 1.4 it can be an old or new lens since I will only be using it in manual focus with the appropriate adapter so any mount will be ok just want something that's not to expensive but reasonably sharp especially wide open, any suggestions? Even a vintage lens, but there's so many I'm not sure which one to get :-\ thanks...

I have to ask, what's the point of the mirrorless camera if it used EF lenses? The 6D isn't that much bigger than the A7, and they could probably shave some size off the next one if they wanted to.

??? Which part of the 6d "isn't that much bigger" ?

I also bought mine second hand from eBay, pretty good condition with a slight dint on the hood. Overall this lens is fantastic, mine is very sharp at 2.8 and iq is excellent. You might have bad copy, but I've never used the roki so I can't compare, I have many L lenses and the 15mm is as good :)
