That transmitter is radio, or is part of your post missing? Please enlighten us as to what your point is, thank you.
To the OP, that transmitter works with the Canon 600rt flash only. It will not work with any built-iin flashes on ANY Canon camera.

The ST-E3-RT is just that, a 600RT minus the flash head. The only advantage to using a 600RT as a master is to utilize its light output and its AF assist beam.

I just had a 24*36 inch print of this image made. It looks amazing considering it's around f16 with a 10 stop filter.

No, it was about 30 seconds.
