LOL. Canon isn't Nikon. They don't make you get a grip to get another .7-.9 FPS out of your camera.

Um, I have an EOS 1V film camera, and the battery grip is exactly how to get an extra 4-5 fps out of the camera. 

Yeah but it comes with the body!

The 50 f/1.4 is a pretty crappy lens. The USM motor and focusing ring aren't made very well. Invest in some L lenses and don't look back.

Just wrap your camera up with gaffer's tape and pick up a low profile camera strap. Works wonders! People are drawn to brands/logos. Funny how human psychology works.

You should give up photography if you use auto-iso.

Auto-ISO is a convenience feature.  Using something out of convenience shouldn't preclude anyone from being a photographer, whether they're an amateur or professional.

Sure anyone can be a "photographer" but auto-iso isn't going to help anyone be a great photographer.

the funny thing is the people who come out with the comments like that are the ones who usually turn out to have much less experience shooting

Yep, we have less experience because we understand exposure and use manual controls 100% of the time

  I have been waiting for those pic.  Now finally we can compare apples with .. Canon.  Excellent work of those folk s at IR.

Nikon's color continues to always look off to me. I'm happy to stick with Canon.
