Invest in some nice L glass. Bodies and 3rd party lens values depreciate rather quickly while L glass retains most of its value as well as increase in value in some cases.

Id keep the lenses you have already and save up the funds for the FF body and keep the 7D as a backup body. If I could only have one body I say move up to FF.

Id go with the 70-200 2.8L for zoom range. Just for flexibility rather then a set focal length.
