I tried the trial of the Perfectly Clear software and I did like the Noise Reduction results but found the interface a bit clunky and couldn't find a way to batch process easily. All shots were from a 7D shot in RAW with no post until I ran the images through PC. Did notice a bit of lag and I'm on a beefy machine (Dual Xeon 2.4's and 16 GB ram) so I'm still evaluating it.

Canon gets the money but I get the enjoyment of the travel and the memories from the pictures. No real plan to go into it as a business at this point.

You can try 2filter.com I bought my kit, nd grads and big stopper through them. The kit (77mm wide) and nd grads arrived in a couple of days, the big stopper showed up 3 months later

I'd rather lose a cheap 4/8GB card with a handful of pics then lose an expensive 16/32GB CF card with tons of pics on it (not everyone backs up cards the same way so it's bound to happen). So if you're a more casual shooter a handful of cheaper, lower capacity cards might make more sense.

Only issue I've seen was my intervalometer (Promaster 3070 I believe) now only works as a standard remote shutter release and only if the device is in the off position. I can set the device for delay, exposure time etc, but the camera only takes a single image based on the last settings I used. Strange, but it's a 3rd party so I'm not exactly surprised and I guess it's a change you take.

I've had the C-loop and the split strap for a almost a week now and have been out on 3 2-hour long shoots, lots of walking around for wildlife. 7D and a 100-400 mostly for BIF so it's a decent bit of weight on it. Lots of brush around the lakes and lots of up and down trails to climb. Strap never slipped or moved over my shoulder, the rig was at a comfortable height and very quick to grab for a shot. So far very impressed. I was a bit concerned about the attachment point to the tripod screw hole, but the thick gasket provided has let me lock the screw down and hold it very well. Best of all it got the regular straps off of the top of the camera and out of the way. I'm looking at their M-plate as an add-on later. My initial thoughts are if you haven't gotten one already I'd recommend giving it a shot.
