How do the Canon 50 F1.4 and 50 F1.2L lenses compare to each other?Which has a better IQ and sharper?Which has better contrast and color rendering?Which focusses faster?And lastly,if the 50 F1.2L is better,would it be worth getting it over the 50 F1.4?

For those of you who have tried both the Canon 1DX and 5D MKIII,how do they compare to each other?In what areas is the the 1DX better than the 5D MKIII and vice versa?How do they compare in image quality?Do you think that it's worth getting the 1DX over the 5D MKIII if I only do a lot of action shots or even if I do shoot static subjects?

At the moment,I own a 1D MKIV and I am tempted and debating of upgrading to to the 1DX camera.Anyway,if I mainly shoot sports,would it be worth it to upgrade from the Canon 1D MKIV to the 1DX?Would I miss the reach factor a lot of 1D MKIV if I switched to the 1DX?How much bettter is the IQ of 1DX than that of the 1D MKIV and is there a big difference?I heard that the AF of 1DX is better than the 1D MKIV in low light shooting.How about in brighter light,how do both cameras AF and IQ compare to each other?And lastly,In what other areas is the 1DX better than the 1D MKIV?

I'm currently shooting with a 60D and 5D Mark iii. I was originally going to get the 1dx but the 5d iii came out sooner. I wanted something with high fps, and am wondering is it worth spending the money. I know it's an amazing camera, however a 1d mark 4 is a lot cheaper lol

If you have a 5D Mark III and are satisfied with the IQ, AND all you want to add are higher fps, then no in your case I'd say it's not worth it.  Are you going to be a paid sports photographer?  If not, get the 1D Mark IV.  If you are, then I'd go with the 1DX over the 1D4 personally.  It's a lot of money either way.  I guess you could sell your 5D3 and buy a 1DX too.

I have both the 1D IV, and the 1D X. I started life on a 7D. when I went from the 7D to the 1D IV, I missed the 1.6 crop factor as I went to 1.3, but soon got over it as the IQ was so good on the IV that I could easily crop and still end up with better IQ.
The same is starting to be true as I transition from the IV to the X.
I did some test shots at a Falcon centre. Same birds flying, same lenses, then crop the shots to give the same "Apparent size" in the final image. The focussing ability, and the fact that I can shoot at a higher shutter speed, due to better noise performance of the 1DX is so good compared to the IV and the 7, that even if the number of pixels is actually less, the apparent sharpness and detail is greater-if that makes sense

In which upgrade was there a bigger improvement,from 7D to 1D MKIV or from 1D MKIV to 1DX?

For those of you who went from the 1D MKIV to the 1DX,do you miss the 1/3 crop factor of the former,especially while shooting sports or wild life?The reason for me asking this question is because that is the only thing stopping me upgrading to the 1DX.

For sports photography,which between the Canon 1D MKIV or 5D MKIII is the better camera to use?And why?Also,I've heard that the 5D MKIII is the better camera for low light shoting.If true,how much better is it as compared to the 1D MKIV in low light shooting?Is there a big difference?How about in brighter light,which between the two focuses faster and has quicker subject acquisition?By the way,for your information,I mostly shoot outdoors.
