I have a 7D and love it but as others have said, the 7DII isn't even out yet nor is it even on the near horizon; I'd spring for the 5DIII.

i have the 17-55 and if used carefully, dust is a really non-issue. i use mine everywhere. if canon does anything more to this lens, it will make it more expensive that it already it is...pushing it well into L territory. same goes for the 10-22 which i also have.

various older kit lenses i no longer use but still hoard. looking into getting a sigma 10-22 and a 70-200/2.8

Lenses / Sigma/ Tamron 17-50 lens

Thinking about replacing my Canon 17-85 f4-5.6 lens with a Tamron (or Sigma) 17-50 f/2.8. Is this a good upgrade? What about between Tamron and Sigma?

I'm just hoping the 7DII just an updated version (APS-C) of the current 7D since that's what I'm holding out for.
