If you have extremely slow computer (like I do), you will love the smart preview function. Everything works realtime. I just hope they make a "switch" to the final version so that the smart previews are easier to access.

You can use Canon's 10-20mm on full frame...

Can't watch the video, but if you really took these pictures without intervalometer, why not download Magic Lantern?

3fps for 70D, lol? But it's interesting to see if canon can deliver new awesome sensor.

If you're using windows, you should definitely try Microsoft Ice. It's fully automatic, but it works almost always.
Oh, and it's really fast.

I just realized that DNG.files are like 3x faster in develop mode to load than canon's own cr2.. Anyone else here who noticed that?

HDR - High Dynamic Range / Natural looking hdr (bridge+PSCS6)
« on: August 13, 2012, 02:32:11 PM »
Okay so I visited luminouslandscape's forums and I found this great technique for really natural looking hdr.

1. In bridge, choose your files, tools->photoshop->Merge to HDR pro **
2. Then all you need to do in that HDR'page'(or whatever it is, sorry don't speak perfect english) is to change the mode  from 16bit to 32bit and remove ghosts.
3. Save the file as 32bit tiff.
4. Go to bridge and open  the file in camera raw and do your magic :)

5. profit??

**You probably should first do lens correction before the hdr.

Okay so how do you resize your photos to get the best quality to web? By using nearest neighbour or bicubic?
