Software & Accessories / Re: Searching alternativ remote app for 6D

I have found this

But didn't try it yet.

Have you tried using the free EOS Utility you got with the camera and a laptop? I recently needed to set up wireless tethering to Lightroom for printing photos from an event in real-time (zoo activity where kids used pictures of themselves in a craft), and came across this great tutorial:

I`m an apple aperture user so this didn't help me. The EOS Utility doesn't support the retina display of my macbook. Canon is in this case lazy, too.

Hello guys,
I was hoping that the Canon EOS Remote app for Ios will get new features over time, but canon seems to lazy to make any updates of it. So I want to ask here, if somebody already try any third-party apps that supports the build-in wifi of the 6D. The features Im looking for are time laps and delayed shooting.

Turn IS off.

With IS on, I got an error from focal in auto mode.

I bough Focal some weeks ago, to use it with my 6D.
But I don't made a print of the target image, instead I used the screen of my macbook pro retina as target,
so I had no problems with light indoor.
The Automatic Calibration worked fine with all my lenses.

I have mine for 2 months and made this pics.
So in my opinion its a very versatility lens.

- stability > transportability

I think is a great choice for long time exposures, but for my own taste there are bit too heavy.

Personnaly I'm really happy with my triopo combo. Good quality for little money.
I was really impressed, its not the usual "made in china" crap.

I have installed Apeture and Lightroom on may macs.
But Aperture is my main tool. Lightroom has some nice features,
but the the ui didnt behave like a native mac os x app.

Eagle  8)

MaxPower, I get a decoding error on the latest RAW you made available.

Here another file for testing, if you still get an error I suppose your software don't support the EOS 6D.

Really nice to see what have done with my file.
Therefore, I can not resist to share another RAW.
I took last year with my 6D.

It was interesting to see what you did with my raw file of the snow leopards.
So here is another RAW file, but with nothing to fix I think.
Anyway some processing is always good  ;)
So be creative.

Your 100-400 looks like a very sharp copy.

Im very happy with it.

I really like iMagics attempt, but the more cropped portrait versions are also very nice.
Here is my own work I do with Aperture 3
