EOS Bodies - For Stills / Help to make my decision.

Help me to make right decision, I've been shooting with 7D now +2 years and been looking for moving to FF. Basically what my gear includes now is 7D with 17-55 F2.8 and basic kit 15-135 that is not used like at all.. and now shooting with 7D these couple years I've noticed that my pictures are almost 50% portraits and 50% landscapes, cityscapes etc.

What should I do, been looking for to get 5D Mark II?

Lenses / Buying used lens

Hey CR!

I would like to have advices to buying used lenses. I've been checking used lenses from internet now for while, mainly from CL.
And what I came up with was http://goo.gl/4WxDF this one. That would be a lovely to get but as knowing internet... scams... that is one reason what have kept me away buying used stuff from internet.

Advices will be taken

Technical Support / Memory card compatibility

Are there any maximum memory card capacity what EOS systems aren't compatibility.
Haven't found nothing about supported card sizes so, are there EOS bodies which don't support like 64GB cards or bigger ones?

Third Party Manufacturers / Vanguard Equipment

I didn't find anything specific topic for Vanguard gear so though make one for you opinion about it.
So basic things first, I'm going to order a small package from Vanguard which holds in it:
 - UP-Rise 45 bp, Alta Pro 263AT and SBH-100 ballhead.

Vanguard has nice list of TIPA prizes on different products and some of them have got it twice so I would think it's pretty well and truly trusty but I would really love to hear your opinion about it.
