Given that it is in the section of the video where they are talking about manual focus, I would agree that it most likely the 50 1.2L with adapter.

Does anyone have this combination with the newest Metabones adapter?
I am curious as to how the autofocus performs.
Have you ever consider their native FE lenses? It gives you a must better balance and faster AF. With Canon L + adaptor, I just don't see the point of going mirrorless system.
In the past, I had used a7 and a7r with:
1. Canon lenses + adaptor
2. Sony/Zeiss A-mount
3. and of course, native FE 35mm and 55mm
It took all the funs away when not using proper lenses on that mirrorless system.
Second look (who am I kidding), after several looks I noticed there are no focal length markings, which by reference to 70-200 and 70-300 layout should be visible wrapping over the top. Excitement fading
It is probably racked all the way around to the short focal length setting and the last mark is top/center in that position and not visible from this particular viewing side.
I'd rather have metering linked to AF point, than a red blinking one anyway.
And I shoot most frequently in very dark circumstances, usually in AI Servo... I've just gotten used to it. If I don't know where the AF point is, I just move it back and forth (which lights it up a bit). Thumb is always on the joystick anyway.
The metering at the center, regardless of AF point is what really kills me
