That is an awesome deal.  I know the 24-105 gets a lot of negative press on forums for being only F4, but it is an awesome lens on that body (i have both, so I'm speaking first hand).  And except for DOF effects, with the cleanliness of the ISO 12800 on this body you don't really miss the speed.  Keep a 40mm panckake or nifty fifty in your poket if you want a narrow DOF shot.  :)

Buy the bundle and sell the lens on CL for $800. Your 5D III is now less than $3000 from authorized dealer.
