There are brokers in the USA that will tranship to you in Canada, or you could ask for a price match and see what happens. 
Deals like this only last a day typically, so its best to be setup in advance so you can jump on it.

call them, see what happens.  For cross-border shopping don't use UPS ground - the fees are unnecessarily high.

i would pay that money for 5DmkIII+24-70LII.
Definitely not for 24-105 though...
