Also a good way to get rid of average lenses. Why dont they include the 50mm 1.8? Its a really nice lens even on FF. Nvm price is still low.

Why on earth would they include the 75-300?

I totally agree with sandymandy, they should have included the 50/1.8, that would have made an awesome starter kit.

55-250 AND 70-300??? Kit makes no senses at all, yeah, just getting rid of stock, and the T3i is jumped by the similar-in-every-way T4i, but you'll only get a T3 if it were cheap.... the inclusion of the card is nice though, not the usual Transcend deal, although, I add a bit more to this price and it's a used 7D, even with good use as a pro body it'll probably still outlast an unused cheapo one

If you resale the lenses on amazon you might recope most of the cost and keep back up body

Including that Canon 75-300 mm lens really is crazy... what need if you already get the 55-250 IS, which actually isn't a bad optic.

EDIT: I see, you can select either lens, the 75-300 is only $7.00 extra over the body with the 18-55.

Well, it appears as if the great deal is now over 

I just checked on B&H's site and two things have changed:

1 - only ONE lens can be added to the bundle
2 - the prices of both lenses have increased dramatically

Not sure if some folks were able to take advantage of a mistake on B&H's part and if so I hope that B&H honors the orders already placed.

Anyone have any additional details?
