What happened to article on Canon's patent
« on: December 18, 2012, 04:38:48 AM »
Some time ago, CR published a small snippet on Canon's patent for a small OVF with 100% coverage.

http://www.petapixel.com/2012/12/11/canon-patent-reveals-a-smaller-optical-viewfinder-with-100-coverage/

The CR report has since then been removed. What happened here? Canon threatened legal action? :)

Its always possible that it was accidentally deleted.  Patents are public publications.

http://www.canonrumors.com/2012/12/eos-m-with-viewfinder-coming-late-2013-cr/  This post seems to refer to it with a dead link.
