5DIII: Customization of depth of field function possible????

Having just an problem:
Is it possible to move the function of the "deph-of-field-checking" button to another one at the back of the 5DIII???

I can´t find something like that in the manual.

No.  Other functions can be assigned to the DoF Preview button, but the DoF Preview function cannot be assigned to any other button.
