Adorama is giving $2000 off of the Canon EOS C300 cinema camera. Both the PL and EF mount cameras get the instant rebate.

I think buying one of each is a great idea!

Does this mean that there will be a C300n announced at NAB ??? Or is an indicator that the C300 isn't selling as well as hoped ???

Price drops mean it isn't selling, or that the competition is selling for less.  Times are pretty tough, and buyers are not spending big. 
 
Like CR said, buy one or more of each and support the economy :)
