The EU is to announce that it is banning April Fools Day as part of the Carbon reduction programme. It will be replaced by a No-click day when no one is allowed to press a computer key, screen or mouse or a camera button. They estimate they will save 12% of CO2 production resulting from lower electricity consumption, activity from on-line sales, muscle activity and WiFi radiation. Riots are predicted in Cyprus and on Mt Spokaneb.
