T4i HDMI output shut down
« on: April 30, 2013, 09:26:24 PM »
I have a T4i and when I have it connected via HDMI to an HDTV monitor, the video signal to the TV will disappear after about a minute.  This happens whether or not I am recording.  What am I doing wrong?

Is the camera going to sleep? Check your settings, I'd bet that you have the auto-off or auto-lcd off set to just a minute or two.
