got mine today a day earlier than scheduled and package intact
been playing with it and i cannot seem to find how to check if it has latest firmware. Does it need ot be attached to a computer to get that information? btw is it v 2.0.2 ?
on to amazon and ebay to find good pouches and also ef adapter
I haven't received mine yet, but I imagine it is the same for the M. In the menu, go to the furthest right "gold wrench" index and look at the bottom. The latest firmware can always be found on Canon's website. Go to the page dedicated to your camera and look for the software section.
yup found it and it has the latest. the menu items actually changes depending on where the selector is. i was at [a+] mode which for some reason wont show it.
really like the touch screen interface . i could understand the appeal to a lot of users and why it is in dslrs. Fitting an EF lens would seem to really mess up the balance but it might work. Will see when i get my adter
