Some shots taken tonight at the Auld Kirk, Alloway, birthplace of Robert Burns, and the Kirk that featured in the poem 'Tam O'Shanter'.

The building is lit by LED lights, which I had to WB manually for, as no preset came close (and even RAW correction couldn't get close, in camera WB got it perfect)

I am astounded by the quality from this little camera and lens.

The last 2 are 100% crop close up of the headstone detail from the second pic.

I am still consistently surprised by the great wide open sharpness from this little gem.

I agree that this is a fantastic piece of glass though small.
It is actually my primary camera and glass these days.
I don't pixel peep but look at the overall photo.
For my last 2 assignments, i actually left the 5D3 and 24-70II lens at home and ONLY shot with the EOS M and 22mm.

I'm surprised at how easy it was to edit.
here are some examples from my last 2 assignments that i used only this lens

Great shot guys.  I agree that the 22mm is a true gem.  I gave it to my daughter on our recent trip to Paris, and she took some great shots with it.

More from my 22mm.

Lighthouse and Rocks taken under moonlight.

Callenish Standing Stones are a 2 exposure HDR composite.  Tastefully done I hope.
