For me, the autofocus alone is a real temptation to upgrade from the 60D. It would make a massive improvement to the ease of shooting video.

thanks for the feed back. I am a 60D guy at present. was just wanting to get a feel of the others out there.
I've got a 60d, and my feeling is that adopting every new generation asap is not a good idea except if you need specific features (video af, wifi, touchscreen, afma). We don't know about the sensor yet, but everything else is very nice and all, but imho not worth the $$$ selling 60d / buying 70d at least for the starting price. And if you want tracking af, you'd better wait for the 7d2 anyway. Plus it takes 1/2-1 year for Magic Lantern to make it to newer cameras.
I want to buy a 60d, the 70d is too expensive for me.
As my search, 70d has many improvements from 60d, see here, http://thedigitalcamera.net/canon-eos-60d-vs-70d-comparison/, if you think the improvement is useful for you, go for 70d.
CAMERALABS guy is posting his in-progress, production-model 70D review. Not a lot there yet but the video AF looks to be pretty decent for those who need such.
Go for the 70D

In addition it has two entries for flash:
Built-in flash Yes No

I shoot with a 60D. It is a great camera, but in almost every way the 70D is a better camera. I'd get the 70D over the 60D any day of the week.
