You will be in Chicago for 36 hrs.  Lot of beautiful architecture, etc. around the Chicago loop, Michigan Ave./Lake shore Dr. area.

You have a 5D MKII and a EF 24 1.4L II and a T3i EF-S 15-55 2.8.  Maybe rent another lens for the occasion.


Which do you grab?
5DMKII, T3i, 24-105L, 100 2.8L Macro, 70-300 4-5.6L

I rented that one for a week-end, put it on a T4i and was amazed at the colors and contrast.

I was recently in Chicago for business and I only had my Canon S100 with me...I sure wish I had brought with me one of my DSLRs with a wide-angle lens!

I was talking to my brother on the way in to work this morning and he mentioned the Willis Tower.
