Have you ever tried to take a close-up photo of a dragonfly?

Well, it's not as easy as you might think.

These guys fly off when you get within 2 feet of them.

But as luck would have it... here is a macro shot
of a little dragonfly who was brave enough to let me
get really up-close and personal (i.e. within 1 foot of it).
