Not sure this is "street photography" but I did take it FROM the street, of a window ON THE STREET. So I think it qualifies! It's a beautiful little window with flowers on it and a heart in the wooden shutter taken in Le Puy en Velay France, the town my girlfriend was born and raised. Many people thing this photo is heavily altered. I will show the original off-camera photo if you really want but keep in mind this has ZERO local alterations to it... only global improvements like contrast, saturation, noise-reduction, and vignetting. That's it.

My girlfriend's Canon Rebel T1i, EF-S 18-135mm @ 135mm, 1/80sec @ f/5.6, ISO 400. Edited in Photoshop CS4 & Lightroom 2.
