They are quite the same for me... Too little variation in posing / framing / lightning. It also a a bit too blue-ish for me. Your light balance / sharpness is good.

The two things that strike me are that she looks a little glum, and also she needs to move away from the background to avoid the shadows. They are not bad in my opinion as they are well focused and the lighting is good.

Thanks Neon Photo, she's a tough one to make smile, I managed it in a few pictures by bribing her with chocolate and sweets  ;D

The main issue is that the white balance off. I don't know if you were using AWB or not but I would recommend setting the white balance manually. If you were using flashes (looks light you were) then set it to 'flash' and the problem is solved. I always take manual control of the white balance. That way, even if the balance is off, there are no surprises and the results are consistent

Btw, Canon really needs to let us save more than one custom WB. What do most Nikon's allow? 5 or so?
Canon 5D Mark III w/BG-E11, Canon 7D w/BG-E7: EF 24-70mm f.2.8L, EF 70-200mm f2.8L IS II, EF 40mm f2.8 Pancake STM, Speedlite 430EXII + 430EXI, Canon EOS 3
