If Canon chose to add this to a DSLR, I could see it more on the line of a gimmick than an actual tool. On a Rebel, maybe. On anything BUT a Rebel, no. Cool concept but not everything needs to be like an iPhone.

Pretty much every touch screen camera has failed. Everyone I know that had one has hated it. It's slower, clumsy and more likely to fail than buttons.
I hope they don't waste their time on it and focus on a new 5D
