Saw this little tidbit on the very last page.  What's up with that?

"The PowerShot G1 X Mark II Enhanced Grip Edition (available in Europe, Middle East and Africa) features a large ergonomic grip for excellent handling. Some images in this document show the smaller grip version, not available in Europe, Middle East and Africa."

Does that mean that (1) the bigger grip is integrated, rather than an add-on, and (2) the Americas are getting only the skinny grip?
