Help me decide

I currently have a 50D as main body, I take Industrial and product shots and also portraits, as part of my equipment i have this:

Tokina 11-16
Canon Ef 20-35 F2.8 L (oldie but a very sharp lens)
Canon Ef 50mm f1.4
Canon Ef 24-105 F4 L USM IS
Canon Ef 70-200 F2.8 L USM IS
A pair of Speedlite 580 EX II and ST-E2

I am seriously considering on moving to a 5D Mark II but on the other hand, with the same money I can Buy a Nice Speedotron two light kit, and a Canon Ef 100 F2.8L USM IS

What would you recommend?

Easy decision Get a 5DII.

Edit: I see the 100mm focal length covered by at least 2 capable lenses in what you list already. Can't comment about the Speedotron two light deal but moving up to FF is rather significant. And inspite of all the anticipation for its next best successor, 5DII is a great FF camera. Best.

Since you take product shots, you should ask yourself if your current lighting setup is sufficient.
If not, then a 5DII won't really improve much for you. You better spend your money on a better lighting setup.
If you already get good results with your current setup, 5DII would offer even better IQ. Not to mention that all your lenses will be wider on FF (no more multiplied by 1.6x), which might help framing industrial shots. You will also love the shallow DOF of FF for portraits.

Btw, I'm not sure but it seems to me that the Tokina 11-16 is an APS-C only lens. You should check that out once.

The jump to FF is significant, but worth the price tag. If you feel you have adequate lighting, go for the 5D mk ll.

By adequate lighting, I'd think the two speedlites would do for small products, with a variety of modifiers.  But for large products and on-location industrial shoots, monolights will give you a lot more flexibility. You might look at Paul C. Buff lighting as well - good quality, and the Einstein 640 is one of the best monolights out there, especially for only a little more than a 580EX II.

I am tempted to move to FF and think that this its the best time to buy de 5D MK II, i don't think that the mk III will be shipping until second half of 2012 but the prices will be again in the 3.5k range.

Maybe tomorrow i place my order on the new 5D MK II and put on sale the 50D, to buy a 5D classic as backup body.
